Restricted items (e.g. alcohol-based perfumes or sprays) ship via Canada Post Ground (Regular Parcel) domestically, and via DHL Express internationally. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout.

  • DHL Express: Premium, 2–5 business days, duties pre-paid where possible, for restricted fragrance items or urgent needs.

Order Processing & Cut-off

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday begin processing the same day. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • No dispatches occur on Canadian public holidays.

P.O. Boxes & Remote Regions

  • P.O. Box shipments are fulfilled via Canada Post Regular Parcel, which excludes expedited options.
  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer; Luxia ensures tracking and delivery updates for your peace of mind.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once submitted, orders are final. Please review carefully before confirming. Due to our luxury fulfillment process and limited batch runs, modifications or cancellations are not available.

Tracking & Signature

  • Every parcel includes tracking, and premium options like Xpress post and Priority require a signature upon delivery, because elegance deserves confirmation.
  • International orders also include tracking and duty/tax clarity where applicable.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Duties and taxes are calculated during checkout.
  • They are included for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options or applied separately upon delivery if not prepaid.
  • Refunds on duties/taxes may be possible if the package is returned. please reach out to customs directly for details.
